The pic of thorn has eyes that look white and red to me, and I think renaissancegeek will back me up on saying Thorn might be benefitted by a trip to the doggie doctor. That could be a reflection of something growing on his retina.
Your tree is so nice, it's got a lot of stuff, but doesn't look too crowded, unlike a lot of trees I see. My mom used to collect lighthouses and stuff like those nicknacks ... they're fun to see... And Chester is really cute. ^^
