Emotion flavors
Aug. 3rd, 2008 01:26 amSo my new muse, Abel, is empathetic. Well, not really, 'cause he doesn't care what people feel half the time, but he can feel other people's emotions and feed on them. It's canon that emotions "taste" a certain way to cubi, so I've been thinking about what kind of emotions would taste like what to Abel.
ideas:
Happiness: sickeningly sweet
Sadness: salty, cold, unsatisfying
Anger: spicy
Love: warm, but also overly sweet
Hatred: bitter
Fear: cold like a slurpie
Confusion: his favorite; similar to a mystery-flavor candy; can't quite put your finger on what the flavor is. (thank you Schuldich!)
Apathy: bland
Lust: Intoxicating?
Guilt: Sour
These are all just ideas so far, of course. There are probably more emotions to work with and more ideas for what I've already put down. We'll see.
