Also wears a bronze anklet, a matching black cloak, glowing green inside, and a royal circlet.
History: Midna was the Twilight Princess; the designated ruler of the banished Twilight Realm. However, about a year ago, her position was ursurped by a greedy underling named Zant. He changed her people into monsters, turned her into an imp and banished her from the palace. However, upon her escape, she brought with her a piece of the Fused Shadow; a magical artifact passed down by her ancestors. She needed three more pieces to unlock its whole power. She sought them out, and on the way she came upon a boy named Link, trapped in the body of a wolf and imprisoned. She freed him, and blackmailed him to help her find the remaining pieces of the Fused Shadow. She didn't care at all for the world of light, and only used Link to her benefit. However, after all of the pieces of the Fused Shadow were claimed, Zant appeared and stole the three pieces before Midna could use them on him. He then proceeded to keep Link trapped in wolf form, and exposed Midna to pure light, making her a member of the world of light (thus banishing her from going across the curtain of Twilight) and gravely wounding her. Link carried Midna to Princess Zelda, who told them how to lift the curse on Link, and saved Midna with the cost of her own life. Seeing their selflessness, Midna suddenly experienced a change. She took the mission more seriously, and treated Link more as an equal than as a servant. The two of them broke the curse, and set off on a journey to find the Twilight Mirror, the only way to return to the Twilight Realm. Upon finding it, they entered the palace of Twilight and fought Zant face-to-face. He was almost defeated, and as Midna took the Fused Shadow back, he said that as long as his "God", Ganondorf, lived, he would always return and Midna's curse would never break. Enraged, Midna then killed Zant, impaling him with her hair. With the knowledge of the existance of Ganondorf, they return to Hyrule Castle to face him. There was a barrier, and Midna destroyed it by becomming a giant spider via the Fused Shadows. Upon facing Ganondorf, Link and Midna fought bravely, and ended up reviving Princess Zelda, who had been sharing her heart with Midna all this time. Ganondorf prepares for a final attack, at which time Midna sends Link and Zelda outside, facing the dark king herself, and ultimately giving her life.
Link and Zelda fought Ganondorf, and upon his defeat, Midna was revived, and reborn in her original body; the curse on her finally lifted. She, Link, and Zelda said their thanks and their fairwells, and as Midna returned to the Twilight Realm, she shattered the mirror, separating the worlds forever.
A few months passed, and now Midna has found herself in Purgatorium, punishment for the sins of Wrath and Pride.
Personality: While much less so than in her early days, Midna is a very proud, regal woman. She holds a lot of natural authority, and at times can be a little bossy. In the end, though, she is a graceful, respectable princess. She is intellient and observant, and while she prefers having others do her work, she is not helpless, and will take matters into her own hands if need be. She has a little mischievous side and a good sense of humor. However she also has moments where she is lonely and gloomy. She was in love Link, and misses him greatly, even though she will never admit to his face that she loves him. Midna prefers to keep her innermost thoughts to herself and likes her solitude. She also has a swift temper and a sharp tongue.

Spoken languages: English, Hylian, Twili [similar to Old Hylian]
Religion: She worships whatever dieties are worshiped by the Twilight
Drinking habits: does not drink
Sexual habits: not a sexual person, but if Link were to appear she might be willing
Other fun facts:
Sample log: She was having that dream again. The one of that fateful day when she returned to the Twilight. She remembered every detail as if she were there once again. There was Princess Zelda, all dressed in violet, her brown hair dancing in the breeze. And there was Link, the green-clad hero who saved both their worlds, and returned the Twilight Princess's beautiful heart and face to her. His feral blue eyes were painfully vivid.
The Twilight Mirror projected its pure light on the black stone behind her, a magic stairway leading to it. It was time. She looked at Hylian pair before her, then back at the mirror. She knew what she had to do. To protect them, and to protect herself.
A tear fell from her long eyelashes. A tear she imediately brushed away, and whispering a final farewell to the princess and her comrade, she ascended the stairs, where she took one final look back, smiling at the bewildered couple as she disappeared across the void, back into her land of Twilight.
And as the mirror shattered to pieces upon her safe passage home, the dream melted away.
Midna stirred slowly, lifting her head from the cold ground she lay on. Pushing herself to her hands and knees she glanced around. She had expected to awaken warm in her bed, greeted by the loving smiles of her attendants. Instead a humid, filthy street welcomed her, almost overwhelming her newly-awakened senses with the smell of brimstone.
The princess staggered to her feet, gazing out at the ruined city before her.
"Where am I?" she managed to voice. Something was indeed not right about this place, she could sense it. She felt vulnerable, a feeling she despised, and hugged her regal cloak tighter around herself.
A rumble of thunder came from overhead, followed inevitably by a downpour of rain. Midna cursed under her breath, drawing the hood of her cloak up in a feeble attempt to protect her from the watery nuisance. And she began to run, her bare feet tapping sharply against the puddling ground. Surely somewhere in this dark world she could find shelter.
