I was looking through your gallery, and you wanted to know, so here:
The one with Lulu is Princess Serenity.
The one playing DDR is an artbook version of Minako/Sailor Venus in a white princess gown. She was part of a massive group of SM cosplayers who all dressed up as various senshi from said artbook pic, but you just caught venus.
