sagesariaDad burried Morla today. I was just numb through most of it until he actually started covering her. Watching that hit me really hard and I cried for about a half hour after.
I think the biggest factor in this is guilt. I don't think it was old age; turtles are supposed to live a long time. Then again I don't really know how old she was when I got her. No, I think it's my fault. I had a lot of trouble keeping up with taking care of her.
Going into the details of that will just make me feel worse. Right now I just need to do something other than dwell on it.
