sagesariaI am currently in the process of making the biggest, fanciest, most expensive Sims house EVAR!!!
Seriously, it's 3 stories tall, and has 12 rooms, not including the separate building which will be used for a small home business. The entire house is built (including floor and wallpaper), and so far the entire first floor is completely furnished, including the separate building, the swimming pool, lights, a picket fence, decorative objects, pets and pet supplies, a car, and lots and lots of plants.
Two floors left to furnish, and the price so far? 239,055 Simoleans. And nobody's even moved IN yet!
Motherlode is your friend.
I'm definitelly posting pictures once I'm done, though. It's really cool; one of my more complicated houses :)
EDIT: Finished! Final price: 313,067 Simoleans. Eventually I'll post pictures; it's being a bitch about them right now.
