Stomach issues are basically cleared, still sticking with water, saltines, orange juice and ginger ale just in case.

But now I get a little dizzy if I move, and I'm fighting off a fever of 102.2. Thanks to ibuprofen (SP?), my head and neck don't hurt much anymore.

I'm contemplating playing Twilight Princess downstairs where it's cool. And I'll need a shower eventually, too...are cold showers a good idea in this case?

102.2? yeesh, if that doesn't go down within a few hours you really should go to the doctor.

Actually a fairly hot shower would be good. It would help to relax your body and help your fever. I know it sounds backwards, but Mom says that hot showers help take away a fever. *shrugs* I haven't run a fever in a long time, but just do what makes you feel better and take it easy.

*is fighting off a cold herself* x.x Greetings, from your fellow sister in sickness.

Don't take a hot shower, or a cold one. Somewhere in the middle. I know because when I had the flu, a hot shower made me pass out and a cold shower gave me the chills.
