I get to stay home for Rosh Hashana! I take advantage of this by staying up late and watching Pirates of the Carribean! And thinking how Gauntlet Legends-ish the music is. I still can't decide who wins the best video game music award....Chrono Trigger or Gauntlet Legends.
ANYway........
I felt well enough to go to school today. My voice was really badly cracked, but my nose was more runny than stuffy through the day. At least my sinuses behaved once we were downstairs getting pictures taken.
Speaking of which...
I can't believe some people! There were posters all over the school for weeks; "Pictures will be taken on September 15th." It was on the announcements all this week; "Yearbook pictures will be taken on Wednesday, September 15th. Please bring your papers blah blah blah." It was ALL OVER THE PLACE!!! And then the day arrives and people go "We're getting pictures today? Crap! I'm not ready!" Well *I* was paying attention, and *I* was ready. *I* put on my favorite shirt and tied my hair up so that when I took it down for the picture I would have this pretty-looking wavy thing going. I dealt with my facial hair last Sunday. I was READY for my yearbook picture. Serves you right for not paying attention! But to the camera shy....no problem ^^
Anyway, I've pretty much finished my homework, so I can sleep in as long as I want, probably slip in some chicken soup and maybe a session of Harvest Moon or Gauntlet or something. Funfun!
Oh, and thank you to the people who are reading my sprite comic! You're already intrigued before I've even gotten to the part with the plot! Coolness! Well, keep reading and thanks again :)
Oh yeah, I forgot something from a few days ago:
We had to write stuff about mousetraps in Cwr. It was to be done from a technical sense, a philosophical sense, an advertisement, or from the center of a fictional piece. Dillain wrote an advertisement that had a very catchy jingle. "Crazy Vic! Crazy Vic! Click click click! Click click click!" lol I wrote a few poems. I'll post them as soon as I get my folder. I left it in my locker. Whoops.
Mrs. Hardinge was amused by Villainy for Dummies. (will post on
sarias_stories soon)
