This is in response to the Legecy Challenge for Sims 2. I'm not entering it officially, but I wanted to try it. I'm writing a story with it too.

The Legecy of Jimmy Drinstien
Generation 1: Letters to Mom
Jimmy stepped out of the cab, looking over the slipshod lot. His half-full rolling luggage bumping down the sidewalk behind him, he recalled his mother's words before giving her one last goodbye kiss on her wrinkled cheek and stepping into the cab; "Don't forget to write."

Dear Mom,
How are you? I miss you already.

I got myself a new place. It's tiny, though. I'd hardly call it an appartment.

I got the esentials; bed, bath, refridgerator...but that only left me with eight simoleans. Not enough for any sort of entertainment. I sure could use a chess table or something right now.

Good things I brought old Lord of the Rings with me.

But don't you worry, Mom! Money will be coming in soon. I just got a job in politics. I start tomorrow.

Some neighbors came by to welcome me. Thank God. It gets pretty lonely in this old box.

This one girl, Paula, caught my attention. She's married, but really nice. Her company was much appreciated.

You should come over sometime! Maybe help me a little in the cooking department. I still can't keep the toaster oven from burning these tv dinners.

Things are rough, but I think I'll manage.
Talk to you soon!
Love,
Jimmy
Bleh...Jimmy didn't come out as well as I'd hoped, but he looks nice anyway. This is only one chapter of several that I've already written. I'm not sure how quickly I can update the new ones, though.
