this is why I hate sleeping in my room;

it's too hot and uncomfortable. I think it's why I had so many insomnia problems once upon a time.

Try closing the vent, or opening the window a smidge. We have a bedroom upstairs that is in between two other bedrooms, and we always keep the vent closed.

i thought my insomnia was becuase of the heat. (it was 85 degrees in my room for a long period of time becuase the heater was stuck on) but even when i turned it off i still couldn't sleep and when i DO sleep i have such crazy dreams. i am just going to blame Hojo and his dire need to teach me how to sing my minor solfedge properly...Yea..dreams...weird... *cough*
