It snowed! It snowed! It snowed! There's no school! Yay!
Apparently wearing your pajamas backwards does work!!!
(context, since I'm not sure how common this is: this is a tradition, at least at my school, that I never knew about until last week lol...apparently wearing one's pajamas backwards shows one's devotion to the snow gods. When there's a report for a lot of snow, we wear our pajamas backwards to insure that the snow gods shower us with the good stuff and cancel school. Last time is snowed, I didn't wear pjs, and we only got a two hour delay. But I did it this time (plus a little ritual of my own; singing White Christmas, Let it Snow, and Winter Wonderland to myself during the school day and then at home)
*shuffles off to try to go back to sleep
