Appearance: A ten-year-old girl with short green hair that curls around her pointy ears. Always found wearing green; green shorts, green shirt, green knee-high boots. Will forever maintain the appearance of a child because of her race.
History: Saria is a Kokiri who spent her entire life in the forest, as most Kokiri do. But a little while after the guardian spirit of the forest, the Great Deku Tree, died, and Saria's childhood friend Link left the forest for a quest unknown, she was sent to Fandango High School to experience life outside of the trees. She now lives with her host family, Laura and Akito Seiji. She is currently a freshman, making friends where she can, and even finding love. She still wonders why the Great Deku Tree wanted her to leave the forest, but as she learns more about herself and the magic inside of her that is slowly rising to the surface, she is learning his intentions.
Personality: Saria is the friendliest person one could ever meet, and on most days is practically the dictionary example of optimism. She wants to be friends with everyone she meets and spread happiness to the world. However, she is also very shy and timid and easily scared. She loves climbing trees and playing the wooden ocarina that she made herself, and even writes her own music. She is also very sensitive; when her feelings are hurt, they're really hurt. She will cry when she's upset, but recovers fairly quickly and is moderately easy to reassure. When her values are threatened however, she will step up and defend them, and when everything is too much for the little girl to handle, the magic inside her, the spirit of the Forest Sage, wakes up. When she is in this form, she is wise, unyieldingly brave, and speaks in a formal, ambient tone. She also has control over all of the sage's abilities, including control over plantlife. However once she reverts back to her normal self, she collapses, and upon awakening, has no memory of what she did as a sage.

Spoken languages: English and Hylian, also some "fangirl" Japanese
Religion: She most likely doesn't follow the religions closely, but she's aware of Farore because she created life (and is the reason grass is green).
