I'm sorry it happened. I'm sorry for the people who DID lose family in it. It was even scary when it first happened and the first aniversary.

But it's over now. Neither I nor anybody close to my family lost anybody in it. So I'm over it. I'd rather not have it rubbed in my face every year.

And you know what? Today is kinzisawesome's birthday. I'll celebrate that instead.

S'okay. I don't tend to broadcast it. But I do agree with you on one regard. I don't really like the constant reminder of the date, because I don't want to think about it. I tend to hibernate this day every year, so that I don't have to deal.

I suppose that means that I should avoid LJ, too. But that's harder than turning the TV off.
