Dollhouse

So my homemade dollhouse is in desperate need of repair (and I need to replace some furniture in it when I have the attention span to, but for now let's stick with repairs). It's made out of a stone(?) bookshelf, with wood boards separating everything to make rooms, and wrapping paper for wallpaper and flooring. The wallpaper is peeling off and the boards are coming loose too.

I'm guessing that elmer's glue and wood glue will do the trick? If not what else should I use? Can I apply such adheisive with a cotton swap, or should I use a paintbrush or what?

Hopefully somebody here can help out; I want to make sure everything's fixed so I don't worry about it later, like AFTER cleaning.

I would go for wood glue and either Elmer's or rubber cement.

Wood glue and/or Elmer's are great for gluing wood to wood. The rubber cement would probably work well on the paper. If wood needs to be glued to stone, that's a bit more difficult. Hot glue or silicone caulk, maybe?

Excellent points. May i take a look next time i'm over? I recall that it's a beautiful dollhouse.

sure. I was hoping to deal with this before I put all the furniture back (I moved it to dust), but I guess I can just take it back out when I'm ready to fix it

I usually go with a multi-pronged approach. Elmers and wood glue are dandy,
but you may want to add epoxy and hot-melt and possibly spray glue and/or
double sided sticky tape to your arsenal. Note that a toothpick is a dandy
precision applicator for glues.
