After gathering scattered information from RPing with Death Note characters, and finding random clips of it and deciding that I really should get into the series...

I noticed you have Death Note icons. I'm assuming this means you're a fan...would you happen to have some of the manga? *hopeful puppy-dog eyes*

Either way, I'll give it a look. Last time I downloaded a manga series I crowded my desktop XD

And is the anime version licensed? I've only been able to find youtube videos; the last one I gave up on because the quality garbled the subtitles too much.

Maybe you're more attracted to moving pictures than books? I could certainly understand that; I can never sit still long enough to read a novel, unless it's really good. Manga I'm fine with, but still.

I've got a bunch of the scanlations, as well as several of the Japanese books, and all the
translated books out so far. You can probably find the same scanlations I have, and I
could come by and bring the books sometime.

I was hoping you'd have real copies of the books, as an excuse for you to come over. I found some scanslations, thanks to one of my RP friends.

Yay hanging out! I now where the English versions are, so I can easily bring them (Volume 10 is due out this month, so I'll likely have it soon). I'll bring along the Japanese ones iff'n I can find them.

Yay hanging out, and yay Death Note! I should keep reading. Maybe while I'm catching my breath from DDR. At least until 3; movie on Scifi I wanna see :)
