But I already know the setting;

I want it to be set in my Comunity College campus, or something similar.

The first thing I want to do is see if I can get a hold of a tiny camera that I can wear on my shirt or something, and walk around the campus, so I have the entire map recorded so I could look back on it when/if I design this.

Anyone know where I could get something like that?

Two resources you should know about are Google Maps (http://maps.google.com/) and Google Earth (http://earth.google.com/).

I have such a camera, and could probably bodge together a portable power supply
that isn't too heavy or bulky and is capable of running for several hours. You'd
still need a video recorder of some sort, however. This could be a portable VCR,
or a computer with video input capability. I have a USB video digitizer, but it
doesn't work with windoze.
