FUCK O_O

Something's wrong with the My Videos folder on my new laptop. Whenever something tries to access it, it crashes. I can't get into it to see what's wrong. I almost want to just delete the whole folder, but a: there might be something in there I still want, b: since it's a My Documents folder I don't know if that would hurt things, and c: I want to know if there are other options. SOmebody recommended the system restore, but I don't know if that will help because I don't know if this problem is new or if it started like this.

SOMEBODY HELP!!!
