My day was blah, and now it's been shattered.

I don't want to go into the details, but something really bad happened to CJ. She's ok, but it sounded really bad and I'm scared now. But no details; it's her story.

I want to kill something so badly right now.

The following is Saria being paranoid and telling herself how not to be. Isn't a big deal, so don't worry.

Naru mentioned the whole TP!Link-getting-OOT!Link-arrested thing in the chat today. Mostly we laughed about it, but afterward I got kinda paranoid. I don't like myself or my characters being in the middle of a spat between two of my/their friends, which I'm half-worried that's what this will turn into. It's awkward and unpleasent. Also I'm a little scared of Midna getting all defensive girlfriend. Last time that happened was with Mello. Didn't end well.

So here's what I say to myself. You listening, self? Ok here we go:
1. this will probably not happen as big as you think it will.
2. if it does, it will blow over. And you will most likely laugh about it too.
3. Link is not Mello. If this does get too extreme, Midna has the ability and authority to say "No no bad dog."

Feeling a little better now that I've beaten the crap out of some computers on SSBM, listened to Sweeney Todd in Concert (I didn't like their Mrs. Lovette -_-) and talked briefly to CJ about what happened and confirmed that she's overall ok, though shaken.

Anyway, what I'd originally planned today was to post something cool from the NYE party.

There were many things that I'll be talking about over time, but one of them was that rinichan brought her laptop and her brand shiney new wacom tablet.

I decided to play around with it a little bit over the party and actually came out with two fairly decent pieces of art :O

I'm wondering now if I should (eventually X_X) invest in a tablet myself. They're expensive, but something about using it made drawing easier than with a paper and pencil. I think it has something to do with being able to erase on the spot, and not having to wear out papers and erasers and stuff, and being able to SAVE what looks good (my biggest destroyer of pictures is messing up in a way that can't be reversed, or changing something that looked better before). I just felt a lot more confident drawing with a tablet than with paper.

I'll look into it XD
