Mar. 21st, 2007 09:43 pmSo I have a Sims story idea that I really want to try out, but I'm not completely sure where to go with it.
It starts, this guy wakes up one morning in a house that he doesn't recognise, but is apparently his. He doesn't know how he got there. In fact, he doesn't know ANYTHING about who or where he is. What he does figure out is that he's living in Strangetown, with a two-year-old alien daughter.
What happened, as eventually (dunno when) we'll find out, is that he is an alien who wanted to live on earth, probably because he fell in love with an earthling (thus the child?). In order to do so, his friends/family/whatever found a way to give him a human body, but the process wiped his memory.
So my questions are where to go with this idea (obviously the revelation of what happened is very late in the story), and how some tiny details of this would work; he will probably be in some sort of therapy, the aliens will have set up some sort of fake history for him (photographs, trophies, etc.), but are there any other small details like that to put in? I don't think the daughter would be harassed for being alien, 'cause it's Strangetown.
Ideas? Sudgestions?
