Thanks to him, Mom is feeling much better about me going to Otakon, so now I am pre-registered and ready to start working on my costume!

Soooo...

Apparently the scanner at work has hypnotic powers. Whenever it's going at full speed on like...1200 pages of paper, it has this sorta "Chunk-zzzzz-chunk-zzzzzz-chunk-zzzzz" rhythm that always either:
a. makes me sleepy, or
b. makes me space out entirely except for that "Chunk-zzzzz-chunk-zzzzzz-chunk-zzzzz" rhythm. I zone out on my music too.

It's very weird.
