Chapter 1
Geshundheight!
It was a beautiful spring day in Domino City,Japan. The trees were starting to blossom,and flowers were scattering their pollen everywhere. It was a wonderful day. Wonderful,that is,except for Yami Yugi.
"ACHOO!"
"Bless you,Yami."Yugi Mutoh said as he handed his darker half a box of tissues.
"These allergies are driving me crazy."Yami muttered as he blew his nose. He looked at the weather report on the news,and groaned when he saw that there would be more pollen in the air today then there was yesterday. It sucked having allergies. He never even knew about them until now;Egypt never had much pollen.
Suddenly the bells on the shop door began to ring.
"Yugi? Yami? Anybody home?"It was Joey Wheeler. Chances were,Tristen Taylor and Tea Gardner were with him. Yugi and Yami both ran to meet them.
"Hey guys!"Yugi exclaimed excitedly when he reached his friends.
"Hey,Yug'"Joey replied with a smile,"Where's Gramps?"
"Grandpa's not home right now. He's gone to France to see an old friend of his. Yami and I are looking after the shop for him."Yami waved at the three of them before sneezing again.
"Geshundheight."Yugi said to him.
"Allergies?"Tea asked. Yugi nodded.
"So is there anything we can help with?"Tristen offered.
"Funny you should ask. We got a huge shipment of Duel Monsters cards last night and I need someone to help me carry the boxes in. I don't think Yami's up for lifting anything,let alone going outside."
"Sure thing!"Yugi and his friends went to get the boxes,while Yami stayed in to watch the shop. After a moment,someone entered.
"Welcome to Turtle Game Sh--"Yami couldn't finish his greeting because the figure grabbed him and threw him against the wall. When he recovered from the shock,he saw who it was.
It was a young woman. She had long black hair that fell past her shoulders,and she was wearing a long,black robe that made her look like a witch. Something told Yami that she was,in fact,a witch.
"So the all-mighty King of Games has allergies,does he?"she said in a low,evil voice,"Well,maybe this will cheer you up."she flicked her wrist and a small black flower appeared in her hand. She shoved the flower into Yami's fist.
"Have fun,my friend!"she laughed as she ran out the door,hopped onto a Nimbus 2000(Harry Potter reference. Harry Potter is trademark of Warner Brothers Entertainment and J.K. Rowling)and flew away.
That was wierd. Yami looked down at the flower he still had clutched in his hand. It was kind of pretty,and for Yami,that was saying something. Then again,it's not often one finds a black flower. Suddenly,it exploded,blowing a cloud of pollen in his face. His nose began to twitch.
"Ah....."
Yugi held the door open as Joey and Tristen carried a huge cardboard box inside.
"Ah........"
Joey and Tristen set the box down.
"Ah.................."
Tristen pulled out a pocket knife and began to open the box. The other three crowded around,ready to take the contents out when it was opened.
"ACHOO!!!"
Before Yugi could even say "geshundheight",there was a loud POOF! followed by a puff of smoke. Everyone looked and blinked.
When the smoke cleared,there was a cute,confused-looking Chibi sitting on the floor right where Joey was standing. Somehow it looked strangely like Joey,from the blonde hair to the green leather jacket. Everyone blinked again.
"Watchu guys wookin' at?"the Chibi squeeked. No doubt about it. With an accent like that,it was indeed Joey,transformed into a Chibi. There was a silence,then everyone burst into hysterical laughter.
Chapter 2
Choco-high Chibi
After what felt like half an hour,everyone finally stopped laughing. They looked at Joey. He looked back.
"I want some chocwate."he said in his high-pitched voice and brooklyn accent. It took all Yugi had to keep from laughing again.
"What..."he was able to blurt out,"What just happened?"
"I've seen these before."Tristen answered,"They're called 'Chibis'. Little toddler-like fellas."
"Cute."Tea cooed,looking at the little blonde.
"But how did this happen?"Yugi asked,"Yami,do you know what happened?"
"I dunno. I just sneezed,and then..."Yami stopped,then exclaimed,"That's it!"
"What's it?"Yami told them about the girl who came in and gave him the flower.
"So you think this happened because you sneezed?"Yugi asked. Yami nodded.
"Do you think Joey will change back if Yami sneezes again?"Tristen questioned,"Like in Twin Signal?"
"I dunno."Yami said again,"I guess the only way to find out is to wait for me to sneeze again. In the meantime,I think we should take care of Joey."Joey was now tugging on Yugi's pant leg.
"I want chocwate! Gimme chocwate!"He kept saying.
"I dunno about this,Yugi."Tristen muttered,"I hear little kids get really hyper when they have too much sugar."
"Oh come on! He can have a little bit. A few nibbles of chocolate never killed anyone!"Yugi picked up the Chibi and went upstairs. The others looked at each other,then followed Yugi.

It took a few minutes,but Yugi soon found a bar of milk chocolate. He carefully unwrapped it and broke off a small,Chibi-bite-sized piece.
"There you go buddy."he gave the piece to Joey,who was sitting on the table. He took it greedily and started chomping on it faster then you could say the tital of this fanfiction. Yugi broke off another small piece for himself and started nibbling on it. It tasted a bit sweeter then other chocolate. There must have been extra sugar in it.
"Uhh,Yugi..."Yami said,"he's getting this look in his eyes I don't like..."Yugi turned around. Yami was right. Joey had finished eating his chocolate and now had a big grin on his face and his eyes were really big.
"Uh oh..."
Before you could say the tital of this fanfiction in Ubbi Dubbi(A/N:Zoom reference. Zoom is trademark of PBS Kids. For those of you who watch Zoom,try saying the tital in Ubbi Dubbi. It's fun!)Joey jumped off the table and started running around in circles,laughing like a maniac. Obvious hyperactivity.
"He must be extra-sensitive to sugar."Tristen said.
"What gave you that idea,Sherlock?!"Tea exclaimed angrily.
"And there was extra sugar in the chocolate."Yugi muttered,"It could be hours before he calms down."
"Wheeeeeeeeee!"Joey squeeled with delight. Then he spread his arms out and started running around in wider circles,making airplane noises. Before long he made himself dizzy from and fell to the floor,a cute,dazed expression on his face.
"If we can't calm him down,we'd better at least get him somewhere where he won't break anything or hurt himself."Yami commented as he went to pick Joey up. But before he could,Joey perked up again and dashed into the other room.
"Wait! Joey! Come back here!"the other four ran after the hyper Chibi,but he was fast for a little guy.
"Joseph Wheeler,you come here this minute!"Yugi snapped. Joey ignored him and started bouncing off the walls. The gang tried several times to pounce on him,but each time,he jumped out of the way and continued running and bouncing around.
"Nyah nyah! You can't catch me!"Joey taunted.
The chase continued for what felt like hours,then everyone gave up and collapsed on the couch,Joey still bouncing around the room.
"We'll never catch him."Tea gasped,gripping a stitch in her chest,"He's too fast."Everyone sat still for a while to catch their breath. Suddenly,Yugi jumped up.
"I've got an idea."he exclaimed. There was a brief moment of silence,then Yami nodded and muttered "I see." Yugi must have told him what he was up to.
Yugi pulled the remainder of the chocolate bar out of his pocket.
"Oh Joey..."he called,"I have some more chocolate for you!"For half a moment,Tea and Tristan thought Yugi had gone crazy,but then they noticed Yami sneaking up behind Joey as he bounced across the room to Yugi.
"Gotcha!"Yami pounced on the Chibi.
"Gettoff me!"Joey struggled to get free from Yami's grasp,trying to look tough,but instead looking extremely cute.

After several hours,Joey finally calmed down. Naturally,he asked for more chocolate,but they refused to give it to him.
Joey sat on the couch between Tea and Yami,who were watching a game show on tv. Yugi and Tristan were in the kitchen,cooking dinner. Joey was being very irritable.
"Why can't I have more chocwate? It ain't fair! I want chocwate!"he pouted and hit one of the cushions with his tiny fist. Unfortunetly,that cushion was very dusty. A cloud of dust blew itself Yami's way. His nose tingled.
"Ah...ah...ACHOO!!!"there was another puff of smoke,just like last time. Was Joey changing back? The dust cleared. No,Joey was still a Chibi,but...
"Oh boy..."Yami sighed. Tea had now become a Chibi.
Chapter 3
The Return of a Villain
Yami and Yugi looked at the two Chibis. Even though they were a quarter of their original size and acted like three-year-olds,it was obvious that they were still the Joey and Tea they knew. Joey was bolting down his dinner faster that anyone else was,and Tea was eating slowly,stopping occasionally to talk about her dream to become a dancer when she grows up.
"So now what?"Yugi asked the others,"Do you think the flower's magic is ever gonna wear off?"
"I hope so."Yami said,"With my allergies this bad,who knows how quickly the Chibi count will rise."
"And more Chibis mean more trouble."Tristen added with a sweatdrop. Chasing hyperactive three-year-olds around all day wasn't his idea of fun.
Everyone had finished eating. Joey fell asleep with his face in his plate. Tea just rubbed her eyes and yawned.
"They're getting sleepy."Tristen stated the obvious,"We should find a place for them to sleep."
"They can use my bed."Yugi offered,"I can sleep on the floor. Are you gonna stay over?"he added to Tristen.
"Might as well."Tristen replied,"Don't have anything better to do,and I don't wanna leave you here with the Chibis."
Yugi called Joey and Tea's parents. They were allowed to stay the night. Then Tristen called his mother and she said the same thing. Once the parent situation was straightened out,they took care of the Chibis. Yugi washed Joey's face free of food bits and tucked him and Tea into bed. Then he found a spot on the floor for himself and put his sleeping bag on the spot. Tristen claimed the couch. Yami just went into his soul room.

Yugi was woken up suddenly be a loud shriek that pierced the air. He sat bolt upright,his sleeping bag still around him,and looked around quickly. The scream came from Tea.
"What happened???"He exclaimed.
"Joey shoved me!"Tea sobbed,pointing a finger accusingly at her bedmate.
"You were on my side of the bed!"Joey snapped back.
"I was not!"
"Were too!"
"All right,break it up."Yugi put a hand between the two arguing Chibis,separating them. Joey crossed his arms.
"I can't bewieve you made me share a bed wiff a girw!"he huffed,"Everyone knows girws have cooties!"this upset Tea.
"I do NOT have cooties!"
"Betcha don't even know what cooties are!"Joey laughed. Tea started to cry again. Yugi gave Joey a warning look,then scooped Tea into his arms.
"Shhhh,Tea."he said softly,"Don't let anything Joey says get to you. He's having problems."Tea looked up at him as she wiped tears from her eyes.
"What kind of problems?"she asked.
"It's not really my place to say..."Yugi replied,recalling what Joey had told him about when he was younger,"But his mommey and daddy have been fighting a lot,and...well,they sometimes take their anger out on him."
"You mean they...they hurt him?"Tea seemed to understand the idea of child abuse.
"Yeah."Tea started to well up with tears again.
"That's terrible! Why would anyone do that?"
"I wish I could tell you,Tea. Are you hungry?"Yugi added,quickly changing the subject. Tea nodded.
"Come on,Joey,we're going to get some breakfast!"he said to Joey,who imediatly jumped off the bed excitedly.
"Do we get chocwate?"
"No,we're not having chocolate."
"Nuts!"Joey kicked a dust bunny on the floor.

Yugi made breakfast for everyone;blueberry pancakes and scrambled eggs. Tea was discusted at how fast Joey ate his.
"You could choke eating that fast!"she kept commenting. Joey would just say something through a mouthful of pancakes,probably something rude,but nobody could tell.
Suddenly,a crash from downstairs shook the floor.
"YAMI!!!!"an angry voice shouted. Everyone scrambled downstairs to see who was calling. Yugi was the first to peek around the corner and see who it was.
It was Pegasus. He was standing in the doorway with one hand up,holding the door. White hair was all over his face,and his usually clean and sparkly suit was torn and spotted with mud and grime and general yucky stuff.
"Yami!"he exclaimed,sounding winded,"I found you at last!" Yami looked at the totally messed-up billionare and snickered.
"What happened to you?"
"I've been looking all over fanfiction.net for you,Yami!"Pegasus said dramaticly,then suddenly got into a long 'bad day' kind of rant;
"Oh,you wouldn't belive the horrors I've been through to get here! First,there was Kimmy and Sissy in YGO Land,oh what they did to me in there...enough to make you sick! And then there was Halloween Insanity! That was just embarassing! And Pegasus's Day Without Funny Bunny or Wine! The torure! And Nightmare Chapters..."he stopped and shuddered.
"And you went through all the trouble to see me...why?"
"Yami!"Pegasus pointed at the allergy-cursed pharoh,"I demand a rematch!"At this point everyone was silent. Tea and Joey peeked out from behind Yami and looked at Pegasus.
"Whoddat?"Joey blurted.
"What happened to him? He looks terrible."Tea muttered,a hint of worry in her pippy little voice. Yami and Pegasus ignored the curious pint-sized critters. They just stared into each other's eyes for a long time.
"Fine! I accept your challenge!"Yami finally said.
"Very well,Yami-boy."Pegasus replied,"Shall we play upstairs?"
"Fine with me!"

Pegasus was ahead by 500 life points. He currently had Toon Mermaid on the field,while Yami had nothing. Unbeknownst to the both of them,somebody had left the window open,and pollen from nearby flowers was beginning to flutter into the room.
"Ok,Yami-boy,it's your turn."Pegasus said with a smirk. Dang,even without his eye,he was annoying. Yami slowly reached for his deck. It was the Dark Magician. Yami raised the card over head dramaticly.
"I summon the Da...Da..."his nose tingled"Ah...ah-CHOO!"
A cloud of dust filled the room. Yami grabbed a tissue and blew his nose as the dust settled.
Joey and Tea muttered a "Where'd that freaky guy go?" Yugi snickered. Tristan just stood there,dumbfounded. Pegasus? Guess.

"Shhhh,Tea."he said softly,"Don't let anything Joey says get to you. He's having problems."Tea looked up at him as she wiped tears from her eyes.
"What kind of problems?"she asked.
"It's not really my place to say..."Yugi replied,recalling what Joey had told him about when he was younger,"But his mommey and daddy have been fighting a lot,and...well,they sometimes take their anger out on him."
"You mean they...they hurt him?"Tea seemed to understand the idea of child abuse.
"Yeah."Tea started to well up with tears again.
"That's terrible! Why would anyone do that?"
"I wish I could tell you,Tea. Are you hungry?"Yugi added,quickly changing the subject. Tea nodded.
"Come on,Joey,we're going to get some breakfast!"he said to Joey,who imediatly jumped off the bed excitedly.
"Do we get chocwate?"
"No,we're not having chocolate."
"Nuts!"Joey kicked a dust bunny on the floor.

Yugi made breakfast for everyone;blueberry pancakes and scrambled eggs. Tea was discusted at how fast Joey ate his.
"You could choke eating that fast!"she kept commenting. Joey would just say something through a mouthful of pancakes,probably something rude,but nobody could tell.
Suddenly,a crash from downstairs shook the floor.
"YAMI!!!!"an angry voice shouted. Everyone scrambled downstairs to see who was calling. Yugi was the first to peek around the corner and see who it was.
It was Pegasus. He was standing in the doorway with one hand up,holding the door. White hair was all over his face,and his usually clean and sparkly suit was torn and spotted with mud and grime and general yucky stuff.
"Yami!"he exclaimed,sounding winded,"I found you at last!" Yami looked at the totally messed-up billionare and snickered.
"What happened to you?"
"I've been looking all over fanfiction.net for you,Yami!"Pegasus said dramaticly,then suddenly got into a long 'bad day' kind of rant;
"Oh,you wouldn't belive the horrors I've been through to get here! First,there was Kimmy and Sissy in YGO Land,oh what they did to me in there...enough to make you sick! And then there was Halloween Insanity! That was just embarassing! And Pegasus's Day Without Funny Bunny or Wine! The torure! And Nightmare Chapters..."he stopped and shuddered.
"And you went through all the trouble to see me...why?"
"Yami!"Pegasus pointed at the allergy-cursed pharoh,"I demand a rematch!"At this point everyone was silent. Tea and Joey peeked out from behind Yami and looked at Pegasus.
"Whoddat?"Joey blurted.
"What happened to him? He looks terrible."Tea muttered,a hint of worry in her pippy little voice. Yami and Pegasus ignored the curious pint-sized critters. They just stared into each other's eyes for a long time.
"Fine! I accept your challenge!"Yami finally said.
"Very well,Yami-boy."Pegasus replied,"Shall we play upstairs?"
"Fine with me!"

Pegasus was ahead by 500 life points. He currently had Toon Mermaid on the field,while Yami had nothing. Unbeknownst to the both of them,somebody had left the window open,and pollen from nearby flowers was beginning to flutter into the room.
"Ok,Yami-boy,it's your turn."Pegasus said with a smirk. Dang,even without his eye,he was annoying. Yami slowly reached for his deck. It was the Dark Magician. Yami raised the card over head dramaticly.
"I summon the Da...Da..."his nose tingled"Ah...ah-CHOO!"
A cloud of dust filled the room. Yami grabbed a tissue and blew his nose as the dust settled.
Joey and Tea muttered a "Where'd that freaky guy go?" Yugi snickered. Tristan just stood there,dumbfounded. Pegasus? Guess.
